As Senior Business Analyst Finance at Jack Link’s EMEA, you will drive IT-enabled improvements in finance by shaping SAP FI/CO solutions during the S/4HANA ERP transition. You will collaborate with Finance, Process Owners, and global tech teams to translate needs into scalable SAP finance capabilities. You’ll own end-to-end finance processes, from Record to Report to Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead analysis, design, and delivery of IT solutions for Finance, covering R2R and touchpoints across P2P and OTC
- Translate stakeholder requirements into functional/technical specs and liaison between IT and EMEA business
- Configure and optimize SAP FI/CO across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Profitability Analysis
- Implement enhancements aligned with business goals, controls, and SAP S/4HANA landscape
- Coordinate with systems integrator to define requirements and ensure timely quality delivery
- Guide SAP integrations with SD, MM, PP, banking interfaces, and other financial systems
- Oversee testing, data cleansing, migration, and reconciliation activities
- Serve as escalation point for complex production issues affecting month/year-end close
- Monitor SAP performance, apply best practices, and provide end-user training and support
Belangrijkste vereisten
- EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Finance or related field; equivalent experience considered
- SAP Finance/Controlling certification preferred; S/4HANA FI/CO certifications preferred
- 8+ years of SAP FI/CO-focused experience as Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration, requirements analysis, testing, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, cost accounting, period-end close)
- Experience leading upgrades, integrations, and testing life cycle
- Experience working with system integrators, vendor partners, and MSPs
- SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, certification or related experience preferred
