Overview
In this role you shape internal storytelling and alignment across Mollie’s European hubs, partnering with executives and People to connect 1,500+ employees with the fintech strategy. You’ll build high-impact channels for a hybrid workforce and drive the narrative behind a major integration, enabling culture unification and faster decision-making. You use AI to scale communications and free up time for human-centric messaging. You’ll own the narrative from day one and influence business outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop communications plans for employee initiatives across Mollie
- Create and govern internal editorial calendar and Slack channels
- Produce end-to-end All Hands meetings (deck, speaker prep, Q&A, post-event reviews)
- Provide strategic ghostwriting for executive announcements and change narratives
- Build data-driven engagement dashboards (reach, platform analytics, surveys, eNPS) with leadership recommendations
- Foster a transparent, high-energy culture scalable across Europe
- Clarify messaging across HR/People, product engineering, commercial teams, and executives
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in internal communications, employee experience, or corporate comms in a high-growth tech/fintech environment
- Outstanding English writing and editing with ability to adopt distinct executive voices
- Proven track record partnering with executive leadership on sensitive change communications
- Hands-on experience with Slack, Notion, intranets, and survey tools; solid data analytics skills
- Excellent understanding and confidence using AI to enhance and scale work
- Fintech/payments background a plus; lightweight visual design or basic HTML skills are bonus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
