Overview
In this role you will lead testing and assurance for multiple projects across cash equities, derivatives and SFT services, taking over from contract staff and driving the test framework forward. You will collaborate with Risk Ops and Risk Margin teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, high-quality releases, and robust production support. You’ll shape testing strategies, execute across phases, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Test risk systems and act as SME for production support
- Lead testing across multiple projects and domains
- Enhance test framework using Java/Cucumber/Gherkin
- Plan, schedule, and run different testing phases
- Prepare and manage test plans and test cases for each phase
- Liaise with Risk teams to ensure coverage and traceability
- Implement and manage agile/DevOps testing processes
- Utilise Jira/Zephyr for test and defect management
- Capture root causes for improvements and report progress daily
- Produce End of Test Report at programme end
- Maintain high quality and accuracy up to software release
- Hands-on testing as required
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams

- Server experience (Linux)
- Understanding of Margining (VM, IM, Collateral) and market data from testing perspective
- Lead experience across multiple projects
