Overview
In this role you help build Protiviti's Data & AI Platform practice in the Netherlands, shaping growth and strategic offerings. You engage with CIOs and CDOs to translate business ambitions into scalable cloud platforms and guide clients from vision to execution. As a technical leader, you bridge strategy, architecture and delivery across Europe and across ecosystems such as Azure, Databricks and Snowflake. You will mentor the growing practice and collaborate with cross‑border teams to drive transformation.

- Design scalable enterprise Data & AI platforms enabling strategy-to-execution
- Act as technical authority throughout the client lifecycle (opportunity shaping, solution design, delivery)
- Lead platform architecture across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake and modern cloud ecosystems
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data & AI practice
- Collaborate with European teams on complex enterprise transformation programmes
