Overview
A role in Roland Berger’s Amsterdam office focused on transaction and investor services. You will lead and manage a range of M&A–related projects, collaborate with partners and industry experts, and build a presence in the investor community. You’ll drive value through commercial due diligence and value-creation programs, grounded in market and business analysis. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Take the lead for modules within larger projects and manage smaller projects (3–5 consultants)
- Coach and develop project teams
- Maintain direct client contact and lead presentations in client meetings
- Collaborate with industry experts at Roland Berger
- Contribute to knowledge development by capturing insights from client work
- Participate in office-wide projects to advance firm thinking in a sector or topic
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Completed academic university education (WO)
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or related roles
- Involvement in >15 commercial due diligence projects
- Technical affinity and commercial insight
- Analytical thinking and clear argument structuring
- Precise and open-minded
- Experience managing others and delegating to junior team members
- Experience with financial modeling (Excel), presentation visualization (PowerPoint), and storytelling
