Overview
In this role, you will lead project modules and small projects within a global automotive-focused consulting practice. You collaborate with partners and senior colleagues to drive client impact, contribute to business development, and strengthen Roland Berger’s position in the automotive community. You’ll work on global-scale innovation projects, shaping tailor-made solutions and knowledge development. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for rapid impact and professional growth in a collaborative culture.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects (3–5 consultants)
- Coach and develop project team members
- Collaborate with industry experts at Roland Berger
- Capture insights and contribute to knowledge development from client work
- Participate in office-wide projects to advance firm thinking
- Actively contribute to business development efforts
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Academic university education (WO)
- 4–10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or equivalent roles
- Prior involvement in automotive is required
- Technical affinity and commercial insight
- Analytical thinking and clear argument structuring
- Precise, open-minded, and experienced in managing others
- Experience with (financial) modeling in Excel, presenting in PowerPoint, and storytelling
- Excellent written and oral English skills
