Overview
In this role you drive operational excellence by optimizing and digitizing internal processes and customer journeys. You lead multidisciplinary projects, bridging business and technology to deliver tangible results. You apply the GRIPP methodology to design and implement efficient processes and mentor teams toward value delivery. You work with clients across sectors, shaping digital transformation at scale and advancing clients toward digital leadership.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Apply the GRIPP methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes
- Independently lead projects and guide teams of professionals
- Translate complex structures into clear, usable workflows and ensure collaboration
- Prepare product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with budgets of 3–50 million euros
- Model business processes with BPMN tools and run simulations/analyses for optimization
- Advise clients on best practices in process design and digital transformation
- Provide training and user support to ensure effective implementation of new processes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Analytically strong and results-oriented
- Experience in process optimization and design (5–7 years) with business and technical expertise
- Knowledge of BPMN and tools like Adonis, Aris or similar Enterprise Architecture tools
- Experience with large IT projects in complex environments
- Fluent Dutch and English; German a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work well in teams and foster collaboration
- Comfort with switching between operational teams and C-level discussions
