Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyse, design, and implement processes leveraging the GRIPP methodology
- Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools
- Draw up product breakdowns for large‑scale, long‑term projects with budgets from €3M to €50M
- Advise clients on digital transformation and best practices
- Provide training and coaching to client teams on new processes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- BSc or MSc work and thinking level
- 3–7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation
- Proficiency in BPMN and experience with Adonis or Aris
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus)
- Experience in Life Sciences and systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS is preferred
- Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English
