Overview
In this role you help clients boost competitiveness through procurement, finance and supply chain transformation. You’ll shape end-to-end Source-to-Pay improvements, digitalization, risk management and spend optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You contribute to building and refining Sia’s offering while working on strategic CSR, sustainability and digital initiatives. This position offers international exposure, growth opportunities and a chance to influence transformations at scale. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Improve Source-to-Pay processes and tooling, drive digital purchasing improvements
- Advise on solution choices (S2P, Marketplaces, costing and market intelligence tools, spend analytics)
- Develop purchasing operational models, policy roadmaps and category strategies
- Support CSR and environmental transition through supplier assessments and low-carbon initiatives
- Manage procurement risk, supplier risk programs and audits
- Diagnose spend, align demand, and craft action plans to reduce consumption
- Contribute to internal business development and financial performance interpretation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value in transformation programs
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a consultancy
- Knowledge in procurement strategy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Analytical mind able to synthesize conclusions
- Autonomous, dynamic, results‑oriented, rigorous
- Interest in data and AI topics with ability to rapidly build expertise
- Dutch and English language proficiency
