Overview
In this role you help clients simplify and improve work processes, implement solutions, and lead change initiatives. You will increasingly take on team leadership, mentoring new hires, and contribute to knowledge sharing across business units. The position blends analytical problem-solving with client-facing delivery in a fast-growing, globally connected firm. You’ll work on data-driven opportunities and AI-related topics to drive tangible client impact.

- Identify work processes and propose simplifications and improvements

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD)
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize options into conclusions
- Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
- Strong interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise
