Overview
In this role you support clients in crisis and transformation within FTI’s EMEA Financial Services practice. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to guide large-scale transformations, risk and regulatory programs, and data-driven improvements. You help translate insights into concrete action plans and clear presentations for senior leadership. The role offers growth through structured development programs and a dedicated coach, with opportunities across major financial hubs.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and structure project workstreams to meet critical deadlines
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes
- Analyze client and market data to extract insights and shape recommendations
- Perform operational and financial analyses to identify strengths and pain points
- Translate findings into compelling presentations for C-level audiences
- Support risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives across finance and operations
- Contribute to data, technology and AI transformation initiatives
- Assist with due diligence and value creation in transaction advisory
- Engage in event-driven crisis management scenarios in financial services
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience as Consultant or Senior Consultant at a Tier 1 firm or financial institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; programming knowledge a plus
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed
- Bachelor-level or higher in business, engineering or finance (Master required)
- Ability to work in diverse teams and manage client relationships
