- Lead modules in large projects and manage smaller projects (3–5 consultants)
- Coach and develop project teams

- Participate in office-wide projects and studies to advance firm thinking
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Academic university education (WO)
- >3 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or related senior roles
- Experience in multiple industries (retail, FMCG, energy, healthcare, TMT, etc.) is advantageous
- Technical affinity and commercial insight
- Strong analytical thinking and structured argumentation
- Precise, open-minded, and able to manage others / delegate
- Experience with financial modeling (Excel), PowerPoint storytelling
