Overview
In this role you will support a single sponsor as a Clinical Research Associate within IQVIA’s FSP model. You’ll manage and monitor sites across the country, contribute to patient recruitment plans, and ensure protocol training and compliant study execution. You will work in a collaborative setup with a dedicated line manager and benefit from career development opportunities and a balanced, flexible schedule. You’ll engage with cutting-edge medicines and drive high-quality data collection and site performance.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Site management and monitoring across the country
- Drive and track subject recruitment plans with sites
- Provide protocol training to assigned sites
- Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans
- Co-monitor, train and mentor junior team members when appropriate
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience in nursing
- At least 3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience
- Experience handling multiple protocols across various drug indications with good time management
- In-depth GCP knowledge
- Flexible with nationwide travel
- Full and clean driving license
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, written and presentation skills
