Overview
In this role you will work as a dedicated CRA within IQVIA’s sponsor-aligned clinical FSP setup. You’ll manage sites and monitor study progress across the country, focusing on patient recruitment and protocol training. You will produce monitoring reports, drive action plans, and support junior team members as needed. Your work helps advance cutting-edge medicines while aligning with sponsor goals and our collaborative, career‑growth culture.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Site management and monitoring across the country
- Drive and track subject recruitment plans with study sites
- Provide protocol and study training to sites
- Create and maintain monitoring visit reports and action plans
- Co-monitor, train and mentor junior team members when appropriate
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent nursing background
- At least 12 months of independent on-site monitoring experience
- Experience handling multiple protocols across drug indications with good time management
- In-depth GCP knowledge
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Full and clean driving license
- Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, written and presentation skills
