Overview
In this role you drive growth across Avanade’s most strategic clients by shaping and closing new opportunities and expanding footprint through cross-sell and transformative engagements. You work with senior client stakeholders, Microsoft, and delivery teams to address critical business challenges via digital transformation. You’ll manage complex sales cycles, maintain a healthy pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams to craft winning proposals. This is a high-impact role for shaping strategic outcomes with executive partners.

- Create and execute account and territory plans
- Originate, qualify, shape, and close new sales opportunities
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and key partners
- Lead discovery and connect client needs to Avanade solutions and services
- Mobilize solution, delivery, commercial, Microsoft, and ecosystem teams to build proposals
- Negotiate client agreements while protecting value and profitability
- Grow existing relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, clear deal strategy, and accurate forecast in CRM
