- Shape approaches to complex business challenges such as digital transformation and operational excellence
- Own consulting content for assigned workstreams by structuring problems and guiding analysis
- Lead business consulting workstreams end-to-end with governance over scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and deliverables
- Translate findings into practical recommendations for clients
- Contribute to proposals and practice growth
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Engineering or related field
- 4-7 years of post-study professional experience in business consulting
- Excellent Dutch and French, with professional English proficiency
- Proven delivery experience across business transformation, digital transformation, process optimisation, organisational design, governance, and change management
- Ability to structure complex problems, select methodologies, and produce evidence-based recommendations
- Experience leading consulting workstreams with scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder management
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on consulting delivery experience; project management alone is not sufficient
