Overview
As Senior Bid Manager you own Fastned’s most strategic bids from qualification to submission, shaping winning proposals with cross-functional teams. You drive strategy, highlight differentiators, and ensure compliance and compelling pricing. You’ll act as a reference for execution leads and help the team grow through knowledge sharing. This role blends strategic bid leadership with a focus on high-impact, high-value tenders that support Fastned’s mission to expand sustainable mobility.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze tender requirements and understand customer needs
- Define proposal strategy aligned with business goals and Fastned's mission
- Identify win themes and differentiators to stand out
- Create and manage a proposal schedule, coordinating contributors
- Write, edit, and manage proposal content for clarity and persuasiveness
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop technical, management, and pricing sections
- Contribute to and maintain the Knowledge Hub
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver bids as one
- Ensure compliance with tender instructions and evaluation criteria
- Lead cross-functional reviews to refine content
- Proofread and format proposals for consistency and professionalism
- Submit bids on time and in the correct format
- Track outcomes and maintain a lessons-learned repository
- Support orals, clarifications, and debriefs as needed
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6+ years in bids & proposals management with a track record of leading mid-to-high-complexity, high-value tenders
- Solid hands-on experience with public procurement procedures (competitive dialogue, negotiated procedures, framework agreements)
- APMP Fellow certification preferred
- Master's degree in a related field
- Advanced professional proficiency in English; Dutch/French/German is a plus
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, e-mobility, real estate, or concession sectors is preferred
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong compliance and quality mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects under ambitious deadlines and prioritize effectively
