Overview
In this role you will drive the global IT Internal Controls programme, focusing on ITGC testing, SAP controls, and SOX compliance. You’ll collaborate with Global IT Controls leadership and cross‑functional teams across regions to improve control effectiveness and automation. You’ll help shape the IT controls roadmap, leverage analytics and monitoring tools, and support audits and remediation efforts. This is a highly international, fast‑paced role with exposure to SAP transformations and a broad stakeholder network.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Plan and execute the annual Global IT Internal Controls programme
- Perform IT General Controls testing across SAP and non-SAP environments
- Assess and test automated and configured SAP controls
- Support IT SOX compliance activities and SOX 404 programme
- Review SAP S/4HANA implementation controls, including SDLC and key control requirements
- Develop and execute IT Controls scoping and risk assessments
- Collaborate with Global IT Controls leadership on ITGCs, automated controls, SAP GRC and risk automation
- Drive automation and continuous controls monitoring via analytics and automated reporting
- Develop a multi-year roadmap for controls automation
- Create analytics and risk monitoring solutions with SAP GRC, AuditBoard and Signavio
- Coordinate with India Global Capabilities Center and guide offshore team members
- Review working papers to ensure testing quality and documentation standards
- Maintain dashboards for Internal Controls and SOX compliance
- Identify control weaknesses and drive remediation or process improvements
- Partner with international stakeholders to remediate deficiencies
- Monitor remediation plans and retest controls
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Review third-party service auditor reports and address deficiencies
- Deliver IT financial controls training to colleagues
- Support sustainable improvement of IT control environment in the International Zone
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT Audit, IT Internal Controls, Technology Risk, SOX or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of IT General Controls
- Experience with SOX internal controls testing and SOX 404 programmes
- Experience with SAP controls including ITGCs and automated controls
- Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control and/or Process Control (advantageous)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations (preferred)
- Interest in controls automation, continuous monitoring and data analytics
- Familiarity with COBIT and COSO
- Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work independently with international stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to communicate with management levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- CISA, CISM, CIA, CPA, RA or similar qualification advantageous
- Previous Big Four or IT Audit experience advantageous
- Open to roles like Senior IT Auditor, IT Controls Analyst, Technology Risk Consultant
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
