Overview
In this role, you will guide private equity clients through strategic technology questions across the deal lifecycle, delivering industry-focused insights in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. You will collaborate with C-suite and investment professionals to shape tech strategies that create value during deals and integrations. The role combines hands-on tech advisory with rigorous due diligence and PMI work, underpinning PE outcomes. You will be supported by BCG’s extensive technology training and real-world experts, enabling you to impact deals at scale.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide strategic technology guidance across the deal lifecycle for private equity clients
- Deliver industry-specific, high-impact insights to multidisciplinary stakeholders (C-level executives, investment professionals)
- Leverage training and experts to solve complex technology questions in rapid, dynamic environments
- Contribute to technology strategy, due diligence, carve-out and post-merger integration advisory donning PE context
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate tech concepts into deal and commercial implications
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6 to 10 years’ experience in digital transformation in consulting or industry
- Experience in application modernization (ERP programs) and cloud migration/engineering
- System integration experience with ETL or API management tools
- Data architecture & advanced analytics experience
- DevOps; SRE; SDLC and agile delivery
- IT cost reduction and M&A IT carve-out/post-merge integration advisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence technical and commercial audiences
- University degree with strong academic performance
