Senior AI-Native Java Engineer at Accenture Netherlands drives AI-powered software delivery. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Cloud technologies
- Advocate and implement AI-Augmented SDLC across the software development lifecycle
- Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation
- Apply Spec-Driven Development with OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and API-first methodologies
- Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, consultants, and client teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Approximately 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with DevOps/CI/CD, GitOps, Platform Engineering
- Knowledge of distributed systems and modern software architecture
- Experience with API-First and Spec-Driven Development
- AI Engineering experience including AI-Augmented SDLC, Generative AI/LLMs, AI Agents, RAG
- Strong communication and leadership skills
