Overview
In this role you act as the primary business partner for a major tech client vertical, embedding with senior leadership to align business goals with Growth Invention capabilities. You own a 20% YoY growth trajectory by uncovering opportunities across Paid Media, Social Organic, LLM, and Influencer strategy. You orchestrate the Trio governance (Account, Program, Strategy) to ensure delivery meets expectations and drives strategic impact. You push for transformative ideas, not just execution, shaping measurable outcomes. You also own the Business Group's P&L, SOWs, and profitability.

- Act as the primary business partner for the client, building trust-based relationships at the senior level.
- Drive a 20% YoY growth target by identifying commercial opportunities in Paid Media, Social Organic, LLM, and Influencer strategy.
- Lead the Trio (Account, Program, Strategy) to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Challenge the client and internal teams with Growth Invention ideas to create strategic impact.
- Own the P&L, SOWs, and profitability for the Business Group.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Deep understanding of integrated Paid Media (Social, Programmatic, Search).
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream accounts in a global agency or consultancy.
- Confident, outgoing, positive personality with strong people skills.
- Challenger mindset for handling budget or timing changes.
- Experience or strong exposure to Social Organic and Influencer ecosystems.
