Overview
In this role you will enable high-performing Agile teams in a complex environment, guiding Scrum practices and continuous improvement to deliver value. You will partner with Product Owners, Developers and stakeholders to improve transparency, collaboration and delivery. You’ll drive autonomous, efficient teams while identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. This position supports Everience’s broader Agile transformation and ways of working, aligning team efforts with the company’s AI-driven mission.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams in Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments that affect delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and stakeholders
- Promote collaboration, transparency and efficient delivery processes
- Foster autonomous and effective team environments
- Identify dependencies, risks and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to wider Agile transformation and ways of working
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with software development and/or technology teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in complex organisational environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban or other Agile frameworks is a plus
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM or SAFe) preferred
