Overview
As a S/4HANA (Senior) Manager, you drive technology-based business transformations using SAP S/4HANA, leading delivery and guiding the IT transformation for clients. You will act as the SAP expert, maintain strong client relations, and develop yourself within EY’s SAP portfolio. You shape complex SAP-enabled programs and leverage EY’s cross-functional resources. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on configuration and team mentorship.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design solutions leveraging S/4HANA capabilities for complex business problems
- Lead sales and delivery of SAP-enabled projects
- Manage project planning and execution activities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Lead and nurture talent development within project teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master education in a relevant field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in industry or consultancy
- Experience in at least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA implementations with 2 in PM/solution architect/stream lead roles
- Extensive knowledge of SAP products and market developments
- Excellent English; Dutch is an advantage
- Strong business process knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Independent and proactive work attitude
- Strong analytical and critical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- S/4HANA proficiency
- Knowledge across SAP modules: MM, EWM, TM, LBN, GTS, PP, QM, DMC, IBP, PP/DS, ATP
- Experience with SAP Activate
