Overview
In this role you will drive technology-led manufacturing transformations for clients, acting as the SAP expert and shaping end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions for production planning, execution and quality. You’ll lead delivery and sales activities, mentor consultants, and coordinate across adjacent workstreams to ensure successful adoption of standard SAP capabilities and MES integration. You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into practical SAP-based transformations, contributing to EY’s SAP Practice growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with opportunities to influence strategy and execution.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing solutions design using SAP S/4HANA across Production Planning, Production Execution and Quality Management
- Shape the manufacturing workstream and align business requirements, process design, data, integration and technology decisions
- Lead sales and delivery activities for complex SAP-enabled transformation programs (estimates, proposals, planning, governance, QA)
- Act as trusted advisor to manufacturing stakeholders and build long-term client relationships
- Guide integration of SAP manufacturing processes with MES and shop-floor technologies
- Support solution design for discrete manufacturing and adoption of standard SAP capabilities
- Coordinate with adjacent workstreams (procurement, warehousing, maintenance, finance, enterprise architecture and data migration)
- Identify delivery risks and drive timely resolution with client and project leadership
- Lead, coach and develop consultants; review deliverables and promote delivery standards
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor/Master education or equivalent; 5+ years in industry or consultancy
- Experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations with leadership roles
- Experience facilitating fit-to-standard workshops, process walkthroughs, solution validation sessions
- Strong knowledge of production planning, production execution and quality management in discrete manufacturing
- Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM; awareness of SAP Digital Manufacturing or MES
- Deep understanding of MES integration concepts and ERP-shop-floor interaction
- Extensive knowledge of SAP products and market developments
- Independent, proactive and flexible working style; strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent English; Dutch preferred but not mandatory
