Overview

In this role, you guide complex SAP S/4HANA transformations by crafting actionable roadmaps and robust blueprints. You will align business objectives with technology to shape strategic decisions and deliver high‑quality solutions with cross‑functional teams. You drive roadmaps, facilitate workshops, and mentor clients through blueprinting to enable successful go‑live. This role offers the opportunity to influence large-scale digital initiatives and stay at the forefront of SAP best practices.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Develop tailored SAP S/4HANA roadmaps aligned to client objectives
Assess existing SAP landscapes and processes to inform strategy
Translate business requirements into strategic implementation plans
Define target architectures, timelines, and resources for transformations
Evaluate deployment options (greenfield, brownfield, hybrid) and communicate strategies
Facilitate workshops and present roadmap strategies to stakeholders
Provide expert advice on S/4HANA best practices and industry trends
Identify and mitigate risks in S/4HANA implementations
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (architects, consultants, project managers)
Support pre‑sales activities with proposals and roadmap presentations
Stay updated on SAP changes and industry practices
Lead blueprint workshops and document business requirements
Analyze current processes and identify improvement areas
Design S/4HANA solutions based on requirements and best practices
Create comprehensive blueprint documentation (process flows, specifications)
Ensure alignment between requirements and system design
Advise on S/4HANA best practices and standards
Identify risks during blueprinting and provide_updates
Participate in project meetings with regular status updates
Ensure client understanding of the blueprinting process

Belangrijkste vereisten

2–10+ years of SAP consulting experience with focus on S/4HANA roadmaps and blueprinting
Proven track record delivering at least one SAP transformation from vision to go‑live
Strong communication skills across stakeholders from SMEs to executives
Proactive mindset and ability to learn quickly in fast‑paced environments
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and deployment options (Brownfield, Hybrid, Greenfield)
Extensive knowledge of S/4HANA processes (Finance, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, EAM, Transportation, Warehousing, Sustainability)
Experience developing and delivering S/4HANA roadmaps
Analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
Experience with SAP Activate methodology
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Willingness to travel
Experience creating business cases, roadmaps, and ROI analyses for S/4HANA (bonus)
Exposure to SAP Fiori, analytics, AI/ML (bonus)
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform (bonus)
Knowledge of ISO standards and business concepts (bonus)
Previous leadership experience in project oversight or stakeholder engagement (bonus)
