You will guide complex SAP integration programs, linking business goals with scalable architectures. In this role, you collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to shape integration strategies across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. You’ll steer governance, pattern reuse, and modernization efforts while coaching consultants, delivering end-to-end interface solutions, and contributing to growth opportunities. This role sits in Accenture Technology, focused on reinventing digital core through cloud and intelligent tech, with a strong emphasis on client impact and continuous learning.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles
- Gather and assess integration requirements across applications, translating them into scalable interface designs based on SAP best practices
- Advise clients on SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, PI/PO, API Management, event-driven architecture
- Lead architecture discussions and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to inform modernization decisions
- Establish integration governance, standards, reusable patterns, and best practices across complex landscapes
- Support delivery teams through full interface lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, improvement
- Coach and mentor integration consultants and developers to strengthen technical and consulting capabilities
- Contribute to business development, solution shaping and customer proposals
- Explore SAP ecosystem developments and translate innovations into practical client opportunities
- Share knowledge across the SAP practice through workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions and code jams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–10 years of experience as SAP integration consultant or architect at senior level
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management)
- Experience shaping integration strategies, architecture patterns, governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes
- Ability to understand business needs and translate into integration solutions
- Strong consulting and communication skills to facilitate workshops and influence decisions
- Excellent Dutch and English written and spoken skills
- Service-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative mindset; ability to work independently or in teams
