Overview
As an SAP Finance Transformation Consultant, you help shape future-ready SAP finance landscapes and lead transformation projects. You will analyze finance processes, propose best-practice SAP solutions, and guide clients toward an Intelligent Enterprise using S/4HANA, Central Finance, and related technologies. You’ll work on end-to-end finance design, roadmap creation, and solution implementation, while also engaging in pre-sales, training, and innovation activities. This role combines global delivery with hands-on problem solving and impactful client outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Analyze finance processes and propose SAP best-practice solutions
- Shape client finance roadmaps and redesign finance processes in SAP
- Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA finance implementation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs
- Support pre-sales, training initiatives, and innovation efforts
- Co-create client solutions leveraging latest technologies to transform finance
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Dutch
- Self-starter able to work independently in a client environment
- Experienced in SAP S/4HANA Finance (certification a plus)
- Experienced in digital (ERP) transformations
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem solving
- Proven project experience in at least one full project lifecycle
- Capable of assessing current state, gathering requirements, and defining future state or solutions
- Experience analyzing finance processes and designing related processes/systems based on S/4HANA
