Overview
As an SAP Datasphere & Analytics Planning Specialist, you will design and implement scalable data and planning solutions across SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC ecosystems. You’ll translate business needs into maintainable analytics models and planning components while contributing to the team’s capability building. You will work across requirements analysis, development, testing, and operations to optimize performance and support data and planning use cases. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise analytics within a large, collaborative environment and to grow with evolving SAP data platforms.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and enhance SAP Datasphere data models (semantic and consumption-ready)
- Develop SAP Analytics Cloud Planning models, stories, data actions, formulas, input forms, and planning components
- Support planning and analytical use cases within SAC
- Apply performance optimization to Datasphere models, SAC models, stories, and planning solutions
- Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA with an understanding of ABAP CDS Views and clean-core principles
- Assist Service Delivery on Datasphere administration topics relevant to operations and BDC platform
- Manage data access controls and user authorization concepts
- Contribute to SAP BDC data product concepts and future data products
- Develop knowledge around SAP BDC Object Store and evolving capabilities
- Collaborate on SAC and Datasphere Seamless Planning adoption in planning scenarios
- Participate in requirements analysis, UAT, releases, troubleshooting, and SLA support
- Advise stakeholders on Datasphere modeling across business areas balancing local needs with Group standards
- Analyze and resolve data modeling, integration, planning logic, authorization, and performance issues
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation
- Lead knowledge transfer, coaching, and training to strengthen SAP analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, platform management, architects, internal teams and external delivery partners
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Hands-on SAP Datasphere experience with data and semantic modeling
- Hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud experience (analytics and planning)
- Solid SAC Planning experience (planning models, data actions, formulas, input forms, planning stories)
- Understanding of planning processes including financial and/or project planning
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and ABAP CDS Views (clean-core awareness)
- Experience with performance analysis and optimization of data models and analytics/ planning solutions
- Understanding of data access controls and user authorization concepts
- Knowledge of integration patterns between SAP sources, Datasphere, and SAC
- Experience in complex enterprise SAP and analytics landscapes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
