Overview
In this role you will lead delivery workstreams at the crossroads of regulatory change, RegTech, data/analytics, and Responsible AI. You will blend hands-on project leadership with client advisory to deliver tangible outcomes, from smarter controls to automated workflows and scalable operating models. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex regulations into practical, future-ready solutions. This is an opportunity to shape risk and compliance outcomes for financial institutions at scale, with a focus on responsible AI and governance.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead workstreams on Dutch and EU regulatory developments (e.g., AMLR, DORA, MiCA, EU AI Act) and translate requirements into operating models, controls, and implementation roadmaps.
- Shape compliance impact assessments and design future-ready regimes for business impact.
- Drive RegTech implementations and workflow automation to streamline compliance and resilience.
- Partner with Technology & Operations to embed solutions into real processes.
- Oversee AI-enabled compliance initiatives with governance aligned to regulatory expectations.
- Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, steer projects, and align senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposals, client development, and thought leadership in the Dutch market.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree
- Strong experience in financial services risk/compliance and/or consulting with clear project leadership
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and translating them into change (process, controls, operating model, technology)
- Strong stakeholder management, structured thinking, and fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
- Bonus: experience with RegTech, workflow tools, analytics, or AI-enabled transformation
- Certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, and/or Agile/Scrum
