Overview
In this role you ensure all products, labels and communications meet EU/UK food regulations and internal policies. You will provide regulatory guidance across launches, labelling, claims, and cross-functional teams to enable compliant market delivery across Europe. You’ll support product changes from kick-off to launch and advise on risk in advertising and promotional materials. Your practical, business-focused advice helps products reach the market while upholding regulatory standards. This role offers impact across Europe with a culture of ownership and curiosity.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Maintain regulatory information across product categories and systems to support compliant delivery
- Review ingredient specs, recipes, label artwork, and related data for EU/UK compliance with food laws and company standards
- Provide regulatory information to support products sold across Europe
- Offer regulatory guidance to R&D, Artwork, Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal
- Input regulatory considerations for launches, renovations, and change projects from kickoff to launch
- Review and advise on claims, advertising, and other product communications for regulatory risk
- Address internal, consumer, and customer queries on product information, formulation, and labelling as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EU/UK food legislation and guidance and share updates with stakeholders
- Develop deep knowledge of Kraft Heinz products and regulatory requirements to support practical recommendations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
- Regulatory experience in food, FMCG, or related sector
- Solid understanding of EU and UK food law (labelling, nutrition/health claims, ingredients/additives) and ability to apply to business context
- Strong attention to detail and multi-priority management in a complex environment
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels
- Ability to assess issues, identify risk and provide balanced recommendations
