Overview
As a Regional Principal Program Manager in DCOPs, you drive end-to-end delivery of IT lifecycle initiatives that improve core infrastructure for Microsoft’s online services. You will work with regional leaders and cross‑functional partners to shape strategy, set OKRs/KPIs, and steer complex programs to successful outcomes at scale. You’ll use data and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure governance throughout delivery. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead operational service development across the IT lifecycle using customer, business and performance insights
- Define program goals, priorities, success criteria, OKRs and KPIs, and guide decisions with data
- Drive end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement from use-case validation to monitoring outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across DCOPS, CO+I and Microsoft partner teams with clear dependencies and resources
- Establish governance and performance standards, monitor requirements, and maintain stakeholder accountability throughout delivery
- Leverage performance data and insights to recommend improvements to leadership and partner teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Bachelor's Degree and experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
- Experience in IT lifecycle program management
- Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud background check requirements
