Overview
In this role you orchestrate end-to-end creative projects for major accounts, balancing client timelines with creative workflows to deliver high-quality results. You act as the first point of contact, forecast risks, and keep projects on track within budget. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into feasible delivery plans and ensure stakeholders are kept informed. This position offers the chance to shape large-scale digital marketing initiatives within a growth-focused agency culture.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage end-to-end creative projects (content creation, social, design, affiliate marketing, toolkits, 360 campaigns) to deliver on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary client contact, advising on resources and resolving issues
- Track time and budgets, forecast and address project and client financials
- Coordinate deliverables between customers and cross-functional teams (creatives, strategists, technologists)
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions
- Collaborate on major client teams and maintain alignment with briefed timelines and client expectations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Relevant experience in project management and digital marketing
- Agency-side experience
- Experience managing digital marketing projects in a creative context (content creation, organic social, design, affiliate marketing)
- Experience and/or affinity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Experience with A-brands and digital performance challenges
- Location in or ability to work from Amsterdam or Rotterdam; fluency in Dutch and English
