Overview
In this role you help grow our Application Services business for Financial Services clients in the Benelux-France region. You act as a trusted advisor, lead discussions on development, modernization and digital transformation, and build lasting client relationships. You identify growth opportunities and collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to drive outcomes. This is a client-focused, growth-oriented position in a collaborative, learning-driven culture with strong emphasis on flexibility and inclusion.

- Act as a trusted advisor to Financial Services clients on Application Services
- Lead discussions on application development, modernization, managed services, and digital transformation
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and support new engagement setup and growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and account teams to drive outcomes across the subregion
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8-12 years of experience in Application Services, Application Development, Application Modernization, IT Consulting, or Managed Services
- Proven client-facing experience within Benelux
- Proven expertise in Insurance or Financial Services
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Dutch and English; French or Spanish a plus
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe, or PRINCE2 are a plus
