Overview
In this role, you will steer governance, planning, and delivery of multiple strategic initiatives across a global, fast-paced organization. You’ll manage end-to-end programs and a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cross-functional collaboration. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, manage risks, and report progress to leadership. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to shape complex programs with meaningful impact.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end programs from scoping to implementation
- Manage a portfolio of medium-impact projects with global reach
- Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance
- Create and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependency frameworks
- Drive execution while monitoring risks, issues, and escalations
- Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across teams and leadership
- Develop business cases with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Engage and influence stakeholders up to VP level
- Coordinate resources with business units and corporate functions
- Support annual planning and budget cycles for relevant workstreams
- Promote best practices in project and program management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer, business, and employee experiences
- Support change management initiatives and adoption strategies
- Monitor milestones and report on program performance
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5 to 8+ years of relevant Program Management or Project Management experience
- Proven track record delivering high-complexity end-to-end programs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership exposure
- Excellent business acumen and data-driven decision making
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating business cases and executive-level recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
