Overview
In this role you will own the Amsterdam procurement operations and help shape the AI-first R2P program for global scale. You’ll partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and business teams to stabilize day-to-day processes, improve data quality, and embed AI, automation, and governance into ways of working. You’ll drive regional PO rollout, data integrity, and supplier enablement while contributing to a broader five-pillar global R2P program. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role with a clear path to scale in 2027.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee end-to-end Amsterdam/European R2P operations including PO health, requisitions, approvals, invoice reconciliation, and exception handling
- Lead or co-lead initiatives to streamline processes, embed automation, and achieve regional scale
- Embed AI, automation, and data-driven insights into procurement workflows
- Own local data quality for Coupa and downstream systems; support vendor master cleanup and cost center accuracy
- Build and deliver spend reports, dashboards, and AI-readiness data for European stakeholders
- Act as first-line supplier enablement support in Europe (Coupa Portal onboarding, invoicing adoption, catalog enablement)
- Drive the European PO rollout toward the 2026 target of 90% PO-backed addressable spend
- Serve as the local face of Procurement for European stakeholders and manage change adoption
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, supply chain, finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in operations with focus in procurement, supply chain, finance, or consulting
- Experience improving processes for simplicity, efficiency, and scalability across regions
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-powered agents or automated solutions
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive problem solver with ability to identify, escalate, propose, and resolve inefficiencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, technical environment
