Overview
In this role you drive growth in the Cardio-Renal-Metabolism area by shaping patient care through strategic engagement with GPs, practice nurses, and pharmacists. You will own account-based plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and execute omnichannel interactions to influence adoption and outcomes. You operate with autonomy to identify opportunities and strengthen our primary care presence within a fast-evolving healthcare landscape. This position offers the chance to impact patient care at scale while working with a diverse, global team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Drive prescription growth and market share through effective customer engagement and strong commercial execution
- Own and execute an account-based engagement strategy at GP practice level, prioritising high-potential practices and engaging decision-makers
- Build lasting relationships with GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists and other stakeholders with value-based conversations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategic account plans
- Deliver omnichannel engagement via face-to-face, digital, and peer-to-peer channels aligned with MCCP and call-plan objectives
- Maintain high-quality customer data and ensure effective pre-call planning and follow-up actions in Veeva CRM
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor Degree (and/or Diploma) in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- At least 5 years in primary care pharmaceutical sales with proven growth in competitive markets and a strong CRM network
- Advanced selling skills to influence prescribing decisions across HCPs
- Ability to identify and prioritize key influencers and decision-makers within GP practices
- Strong disease and product knowledge to position our CRM offerings effectively
- Commercial and analytical mindset with ability to use CRM data and performance insights to prioritise efforts and drive results
