Overview
In this role you will translate Allianz Partners’ global P&C strategy into practical local practice for the Netherlands, building foundations and processes where they do not yet exist. You will work autonomously while aligning with the Country Lead and the wider P&C team to address complex Dutch HR matters. The role blends hands-on casework with the design of scalable procedures and data-driven insights. It offers an opportunity to shape local people practices and leverage technology to improve efficiency and service, including AI-enabled workflows.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advise managers as the first point of contact on people matters, balancing business needs with Dutch law
- Own local topics, escalate to the Country Lead, Legal counsel, or external advisers as needed
- Design, implement, and embed local P&C procedures and working methods
- Lead complex employee relations, underperformance, absence, and reintegration processes
- Coordinate P&C input for Works Council consultations and implement decisions
- Support reorganizations and change initiatives ensuring legal compliance
- Translate global P&C policies to the Dutch context and ensure consistent application
- Track people metrics, improve data quality, and generate insights; explore GenAI-enabled solutions to reduce manual work
- Lead cross-border P&C initiatives and pursue simplification and automation of tools and processes
- Monitor payroll governance and interfaces; resolve escalations with Payroll, Finance, and partners (day-to-day payroll operations excluded)
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Seven+ years of broad HR generalist experience with Dutch market exposure
- Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, collective labour agreements, and reintegration regulations
- Proven experience with Works Council matters and consent procedures
- Experience with reorganizations, HR projects, analytics, and payroll governance
- Track record of building HR processes and structures from scratch
- Bachelor or Master in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
