Overview
As a People Business Partner for Tech in Picnic’s Amsterdam HQ, you enable a high-performing tech organization by shaping leadership, staffing, and development. You partner with cross-functional tech experts to design and implement people strategies for engineers, product owners and data engineers. You drive performance, coaching, and talent processes while leading people initiatives in a scaleup environment. You will be a thought partner to tech leadership, aligning people programs with business goals.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Conduct performance conversations including bi-annual reviews and calibrations
- Coach and advise tech leadership to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Staffing and onboarding to ensure right people in the right roles
- Drive people-related projects and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Design and improve programs for onboarding, learning & development, and rotations
- Enable leadership pipelines through stakeholder management with tech leaders
- Handle admin tasks around development agreements, contracts, and compensation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in HR, Psychology or similar
- 3 to 5 years of experience as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar
- Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
- Project management and operations experience
- Driven to challenge convention and reinvent work
- Natural ability to coach and develop teams
- Ability to see the big picture with a data-driven approach
- Fluency in English (Dutch a plus)
