Overview
As a People Partner at Picnic, you will be embedded with a business unit of about 75 people across Amsterdam, Paris, and Düsseldorf. You own your team’s organizational strategy, guiding talent development, coaching, and scalable structures. You’ll drive people initiatives, from performance management to leadership development, partnering with leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-growing company that values data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Drive performance management through regular check-ins, bi-annual reviews, and calibrations
- Coach and advise leadership to enhance effectiveness
- Manage staffing and talent to align roles with growth
- Lead project work and use data-driven insights to guide decisions
- Design and refine core people programs (onboarding, learning & development, rotations)
- Partner with leaders to develop leadership capabilities and succession plans
- Maintain administrative tasks around development agreements, contracts, and compensation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years in HR Advisor, HRBP, or similar in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders
- Proven project management and operations experience
- Data-driven, big-picture thinker with a drive to challenge conventions
- Ability to coach and develop teams at all organizational levels
- Fluent in English; Dutch/French/German a plus
