Overview
In this role, you will manage multi-market paid search campaigns and optimize shopping efforts for diverse clients. You will leverage data and automation to improve performance, and communicate insights and plans to clients and internal teams. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to align campaigns with client goals while staying ahead of industry trends. The position offers hybrid flexibility, exposure to leading brands, and opportunities to shape paid search strategy at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients
- Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities
- Leverage automation and data, including AI, to enhance performance
- Create and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and report findings with recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client goals
- Adjust strategies with algorithm changes and industry trends
- Set up implementation plans and workflows; respond to client briefs
- Provide regular activity reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and maintain direct client communication
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 2–3 years managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Experience with client communication
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to start from Amsterdam or Rotterdam office
- Full working proficiency in Dutch and English
