Overview
In this role you lead complex OT security programmes for critical infrastructure across the Netherlands, guiding client engagements from strategy to delivery. You work with cross-functional teams to design and implement ICS security solutions within regulated environments. You translate technical risks into business impact for executives while driving secure engineering practices. You’ll mentor teams, shape security capability, and contribute to thought leadership in OT security.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead end-to-end OT security project delivery in regulated environments, managing timelines and budgets
- Serve as primary client contact to build trust and ensure smooth execution
- Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, readiness reviews, and discovery workshops using industry standards
- Identify risks at project, business, and technical levels and define proportionate mitigation
- Analyze Industrial Control Systems architectures (SCADA, DCS, IIoT) to find vulnerabilities and propose improvements
- Design and implement robust security solutions tailored to ICS environments
- Develop ICS security control frameworks aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443)
- Create key deliverables such as threat and risk assessments, security policies, and compliance evidence
- Mentor Accenture teams and support skill-building across projects
- Drive growth by identifying opportunities within accounts and building new client relationships
- Contribute to OT security thought leadership through publications and client engagements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security experience
- Proven track record leading complex security programmes in regulated industrial environments
- Deep understanding of ICS/SCADA/DCS/IIoT and their security challenges
- Strong familiarity with OT security regulations and frameworks (NIS, NIS2, CAF, CRA)
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Excellent English and Dutch communication skills with ability to translate technical risks into business impact
- Willingness to travel across the Netherlands as required
