Overview
In this role you protect critical infrastructure by delivering OT/ICS security solutions and leading assessments for industrial environments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to secure SCADA, DCS, and ICS networks, translating OT risks into practical mitigations. You’ll contribute to a growing OT security practice and support compliance with OT standards. This Netherlands-wide, hybrid role offers high-impact projects and ongoing professional development.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Conduct OT security assessments and readiness evaluations in industrial environments
- Analyze OT/ICS architectures (SCADA, DCS, PLC, IIoT) for security gaps
- Identify vulnerabilities in OT networks and recommend mitigations aligned with standards
- Deploy security controls for OT while maintaining operational continuity
- Support ICS security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and OT segmentation strategies
- Perform security testing in industrial settings with safety in mind
- Produce OT threat/risk assessments, security policies, and compliance evidence
- Develop security assurance management plans for industrial control systems
- Assist clients with NIS, NIS2, CAF, and CRA compliance
- Provide security guidance to operations teams and plant managers
- Collaborate with IT security teams to align IT/OT security approaches
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience with OT/ICS exposure
- Understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLC and their security challenges
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443
- Familiarity with NIS, NIS2, CAF, CRA regulations
- Understanding OT threat landscape and attack vectors in industrial environments
- Ability to work with waterfall and agile delivery lifecycles
- Strong communication skills for technical and operational stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across the Netherlands
