Overview
In this role you will manage MEP-related cost planning, reporting, and commercial control for a Hyper-Scale Data Centre build in the Netherlands. You will work within the commercial team to ensure budget alignment, timely valuations, and final accounts supporting project delivery. You will lead procurement, variation management, and BOQ maintenance to secure cost certainty and contractual compliance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position at a contractor delivering complex data centre schemes across Europe.

- Competitive salary (GBP 90,000 - 100,000)
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee MEP cost planning and control including monthly valuations and final accounts
- Manage end-to-end MEP subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Identify and negotiate MEP scope changes; prepare variation orders with client approvals
- Perform quantity take-offs and support BOQ preparation/maintenance
- Monitor commercial risks and ensure contractual compliance and governance
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on Data Centre or large-scale MEP construction projects
- Relevant MEP or Commercial degree level qualification
- EU Passport or right to work in the Netherlands
