Overview
In this role you support the Transaction Monitoring team by assessing daily financial alerts, profiling customers, and explaining why alerts were triggered. You perform plausibility checks against expected customer behavior and log findings. You gather information from public sources to shape risk profiles and maintain up-to-date client data. You engage with customers about notable transactions while ensuring full regulatory compliance and collaborating with TM colleagues across branches.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Assess daily inflow of financial alerts and describe customer profile, analyze data, justify alert triggers, perform plausibility checks, and document findings
- Search public sources for customer information, verify data is current, determine appropriate risk profile
- Communicate with customers regarding remarkable transactions and client information
- Ensure all processes comply with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Transaction Monitoring professionals across LYNX branches
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, or Criminology
- Approximately 1.5–2 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring
- Solid understanding of AML regulations and financial crime risks
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets
- Experience with customer communication and documentation requests
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
