Overview
As Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, you shape the regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Axon’s hardware and cloud solutions. You work within a global marketing function to tailor initiatives for Benelux and Nordics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver life-saving outcomes. You will lead campaigns, events, and PR while monitoring ROI and pipeline impact. This role combines regional insight with global backing to strengthen Axon’s position in public safety markets.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the Northern Europe marketing function and tailor strategy for Benelux and Nordics
- Lead campaigns, events, and content across regions including digital, case studies, and PR
- Collaborate with revenue intelligence to track performance and inform stakeholders
- Manage regional brand presence online and in events, measuring ROI and pipeline influence
- Support sales enablement with assets, playbooks, and content for priority selling scenarios
- Coordinate with agencies for PR, media outreach, and co-marketing initiatives
- Align messaging with global and local business objectives and ensure cohesive product launches
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, public affairs, and external partners
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in public safety, SaaS or technology
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and managing external or in-house agencies
- Expertise in digital/growth marketing, events, and public relations or public affairs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English (speaking and writing)
- Experience working with customers in Northern Europe (Benelux, Nordics)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
