Overview
In this role you will bridge business and technology by leading ServiceNow delivery for clients and shaping solutions within EY’s Platforms team. You’ll translate requirements into technical designs, guide offshore teams, and ensure outcomes align with business needs. You’ll promote best practices, mentor peers, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to boost efficiency and sustainability. This is an opportunity to grow into platform owner or practice lead while contributing to EY’s transformation agenda.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master degree
- >=5 years work experience including >=3 years hands-on ServiceNow experience
- At least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications (preferably risk or security operations)
- Comfortable in client conversations, pre-sales, and leading technical teams
- Availability for at least 32 hours per week
