Overview
As Procurement Manager for General Contractors and Services in Europe, you will steer sourcing across multiple countries to support development and operations. You will structure competitive tenders, enable data-driven commercial decisions, and strengthen supplier relationships. You’ll collaborate with Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to define scope and ensure consistent tender packages. The role offers impact through cost optimization, risk reduction, and value engineering within a global, cross-functional team. This position suits a process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-evolving, international environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and support sourcing activities for General Contractors and service categories across Europe, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Collaborate with Development, Operations, and internal stakeholders to define scope, involve Procurement early, and ensure complete tender packages.
- Analyze bids, negotiate commercially, and prepare tender award recommendations with clear analyses and rationale.
- Qualify, onboard, and rank General Contractors and service providers; maintain supplier data on capabilities, financial strength, compliance, performance, and pipeline.
- Develop preferred supplier lists and implement structured supplier management, including post-tender and post-project reviews.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, risk reduction, and process improvement; enhance procurement tools and templates.
- Track sourcing activity, savings, supplier performance, and procurement metrics via reporting and dashboards.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in procurement, construction, real estate, engineering, or project management.
- Proven tendering experience with bid comparisons, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to analyze technical and commercial information and translate into clear recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
- Stakeholder management across Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across countries.
- Fluent English; willingness to travel within Europe.
