Overview
In this role, you lead organization and workforce transformation initiatives within EY’s People Consulting team, guiding clients through operating-model redesigns, future workforce planning, and skills-based approaches. You will shape large-scale upskilling programs and advise on AI-enabled ways of working, aligning projects with strategic goals. You collaborate across the firm to deliver practical, sustainable solutions that create client impact. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Guide clients through people-centered transformations affecting operating models, design, and talent strategy
- Develop future-ready operating models and organizational designs aligned to strategic goals, incorporating skills-based workforce principles and AI-enabled ways of working
- Assess and respond to AI, automation and emerging technologies impact on design and talent requirements
- Contribute to business development, including creating OWT propositions and client pitches
- Advise on evolving from job-based to skills-driven models
- Lead workforce planning and talent strategies, including upskilling initiatives
- Manage and deliver large-scale upskilling programs and academies (e.g., AI, resilience)
- Lead projects/workstreams from design to implementation with planning, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management
- Facilitate client workshops for engagement, vision, and leadership alignment
- Build client relationships and pursue commercial opportunities
- Mentor consultants within the team and support their career development
- Support continuous improvement of OWT products and services
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- ≥6 years of relevant experience in industry or consulting with a strong people agenda
- Strong understanding of organizational transformation, design, and HR/talent management
- Experience with AI’s impact on organizational structures and workforce strategies
- Willingness to contribute to the growth of the OWT competence area and related HR transformation capabilities
- Strategic mindset translating business challenges into people-centered solutions
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
- Team player with ability to integrate into new teams
