In this role, you drive manufacturing and warehousing transformation projects that boost client performance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign operating models, implement plant and process improvements, and lead digital initiatives on the shop floor. You apply TPM, Lean, and organizational change to deliver measurable results, with a focus on value for clients and sustainable impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and execute transformative projects to improve client manufacturing and warehousing performance
- Design and implement operating models, plant/department/process improvements, and digital transformations for shop-floor operations
- Assess processes, systems, organization, and performance management with a behavioral and leadership lens
- Apply TPM and Lean principles to drive efficiency and reliability
- Manage project phases from analysis/advice to implementation of recommendations
- Collaborate with implementation teams and client stakeholders to deliver value
- Build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal peers
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehousing operational excellence, in industry or consultancy
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing, and people skills
- Result-driven, pragmatic execution with conceptual thinking
- Willingness to work abroad
- Experience with data analytics in an industrial context (advantage)
