Overview
In this role you lead consulting engagements to optimize transportation management using advanced TMS platforms. You guide both technical and functional workstreams, shaping solution design and integration while managing client communications and project delivery. You’ll build relationships, contribute to bids and thought leadership, and stay aligned with logistics innovations and decarbonization. This position offers international exposure within EY’s collaborative, value-driven culture.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead consulting engagements to optimize transportation management processes using best-in-class TMS platforms
- Steer technical- and functional TM workstreams with focus on solution design, integration, and configuration
- Manage client communication on technical feasibility and solution design through interviews, workshops, demos, and business sign-offs
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within time and budget, monitor progress and manage risks
- Build relationships with clients and internal teams; support bids, proposals, and thought leadership; coach EY consultants
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in digital logistics and broader supply chain ecosystem
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field; English fluency
- 6+ years in supply chain management and logistics with TMS consulting experience
- Demonstrated success with Blue Yonder TMS implementations and optimizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership experience with mentoring in international settings; change and stakeholder management
- Commercial acumen for developing relationships and winning consulting engagements
- Dutch language proficiency
- Blue Yonder TMS certification and other supply chain or project management certifications
- Experience in logistics decarbonization programs for multinational clients
